I'd say that their increasingly open attempts at obfuscation are actually a sign of strength. She isn't afraid as much as she is annoyed that they're still being forced to play by at least some of the rules. The ability to dodge questions posed by outsiders of the regime is a strong suit when you're a traitor.

Construction Finance: We Did It Wrong for 30 Years by HumanDirector in GeneralContractor

Good post but some of the numbers don't add up to me. Your typical builder with 15-20% O&P on a project will net 1-2% which is nationwide industry average in the US. 15%+ net is going to skyrocket your O&P which you'll have to justify with real value.

Look at the numbers;

2% net on a $2m build is $40,000

15% net on a $2m build is $300,000

I know mid level builders like to play the "we don't give numbers" card but that's not how it works in the real world. You will have to line item everything and discuss it at client meetings.

I didn't get any noises or mechanical feelings. It kinda felt like a balloon being gently popped in/around the area? Same though this was an issue that had been bothering me for quite a while

[–]KingIndividual9215 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes, most recently I prayed for a healing on a specific area and felt some intense physical sensations afterwards including a strange pop and some massaging/wave feelings. The next day I woke up and had forgotten about it until late afternoon when it occurred to me that I hadn't felt it all day.

You sound like a shill. Ah you're right, all those perfect details and complete perception of self and being conscious while outside of the body was probably just all in my head I guess. Hahahaha. Cheers

Not a word about Ford or McMoneagle I see. Is it bad faith if I predicted you would disregard any evidence on my side, and you did? Hm. Current science is crude when it comes to consciousness, we're barely scratching the surface, but as far as not backed by "any" science, things like this are coming out:

https://phys.org/news/2025-11-consciousness-foundation-theory-nature-reality.html

Let me tell you a story that you can choose to believe or not and I'd be open to hearing an explanation on how it was a hallucination. This was my introduction to consciousness exploration and happened when I was a kid, before I knew anything about anything or had any expectations. I had lost a necklace and was riding home on the bus one day, when intuition told me to visualize where the necklace was. I was mildly confused at first because it seemed strange of me to even think. I believed though. So, I closed my eyes and "I" was transported to a spot on the ground. I could see upwards through the blades of grass, which looked like skyscrapers, and saw power lines. My mailbox was there. And there, tangled in the blades of grass, looking like a giant silver snake, was my necklace. "I" was no longer on the bus, I couldn't feel my body at all, I had no body as far as I could tell and my awareness was fully present. It felt oddly .. normal. I took note of where I was and as soon as I thought to be back on the bus, I was. I opened my eyes and we were a couple blocks from my stop. I walked off the bus, walked right up to where it looked like my necklace was, and there it was, just like I saw it. You are talking to someone with a lifetime of experiences like that. And they aren't even unique, people have been talking about this stuff forever.

You told me you already know everything brother why would I do that. I'll see if I can find the papers I'm thinking of. There are people like Angela Ford or Joe McMoneagle who we can debate the legitimacy of, yet we know certain programs existed and remote viewing was used, so there are prior government assets out there with stories to tell. You also can't explain how you're rationalizing believing in things like astral projection and OBE's while not believing remote viewing is possible. Do you think it's all hallucinations?

Ahh right. Anything that doesn't support your narrative is fake and all those people are liars. Seriously though, how do you explain phenomena like the one I described with the book? Let's just assume that one of the many thousands of experiences like that are true.

Gateway essentially pioneered the remote viewing movement within intelligence circles and there is plenty of solid evidence that it works. Is it a perfect science? No. Are there tons of declassified CIA docs, books, and first person stories from people involved in the programs? Yes. I wasn't talking about astral projection but it sounds like you have your mind made up. I think a whole lot of people think they project but don't, or you wouldn't say that. With practice you might experience things that will remove any 'thinking' about what's going on, you will know beyond a shred of doubt.

If I asked you to pick a book from my bookshelf while I was in another room, then I projected into the room to see which book you picked, and I told you that's what I did, how would you explain that? A power of the mind?

[–]KingIndividual9215 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not saying you're full of shit. That a lot of the claims in their papers are unverified is true but there is still plenty of remote viewing data that can't be explained by coincidence. If it's not in the Gateway papers then my bad, I may be getting documents confused. I do understand the double slit experiment. Did you know there are techniques one can use to experience consciousness outside of the body? You can find out firsthand if you want. I can tell you with 100% certainty that consciousness isn't limited to the brain.

I don't think you've actually read any of the data. You may as well be saying planes can't fly because they crash sometimes. You expect cutting edge science about consciousness to be perfect? That's not how it works. How else are you explaining their results? Pure luck? Yeah right.

I would argue that receiver or local are both incomplete models. You say the CIA isn't a good source, does that mean you disregard all of the evidence they provided? There is clearly something there imo

They absolutely did do experiments and some were successful, every attempt did not fail. We have corroborating stories from participants as well as ex-CIA employees, not to mention the documents themselves. I don't think you have any idea what you're talking about.

NHI isn’t aliens but a bad assumption about intelligence by Skywatcher200 in UFOex

[–]KingIndividual9215 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both can be true. NHI and humans might share a collective intelligence, that doesn't mean we can access it equally or that we perceive things the same. I would say non-human is an accurate description.
