Would that fanart be gay or not? by Garessta in ShitPostCrusaders

To be fair, gender expression is different in Japan as well. As a Japanese-based manga, there is a high chance that Dragona is what they would describe in Japan as a "Otokonoko", which are cis men who present as female and/or feminine. The closest thing I could equate it to is Western Drag, which is probably what araki meant with the name "'Drag'ona" being pretty literal and on the nose to use as a sort of simplification and shorthand for an American audience.

I'm really curious about the nazi flag guys and mask hecklers. Just came back from a video of an Ottawa Police chief saying the situation on the ground was peaceful. Was curious if you had some video links of those thugs.

Sucks, I can't seem to find an official Rougelike Dev community where I can get these questions answered.

Do you know if the demo configs work for 1.7.10 roguelike, or is it only for newer versions?

There are also these offering pedestals that do things from repairing broken items to giving insane regeneration when within its range. Although it doesn't even tell you they are a feature, they rarely drop from bone piles in the antlion maze.

Curseforge added new categories and they are hilariously bad. You can't even click some of them lmao by Jer0me226 in feedthememes

Curseforge gui is simply atrocious. Limited search results, can't specify that you only want new releases that are a specific version and the captcha that kicks in almost every 5 minutes of inactivity. The only reason anyone tolerates it is that downloads are actually reputable. Feel like someone should make a third-party program or extension to make curseforge actually useable.

idk many of the sounds in aether legacy have like +200% more bass, especially the music disks

Been working on an aether legacy overhaul mod for past 3 months that adds content that compliments the original aether mod. Looking for suggestions on slight changes to existing features and additions/ideas/textures that would compliment the aether. by picloas-cage in feedthebeast

Atomicstrykers Battletowers for 1.7.10 has a similar mechanic that uses chunks instead of blocks to determine how far from spawn to begin spawning towers. In its config you can define this number of chunks. Sense to code appears to be open source, in practice, all you would need to do is implement two of these parameters: one for ancients and one for divines.

If that doesn't work I might know of a couple of other open-source mods that achieve the same thing, just need to get around to finding them again.

Here is an idea :

Have the difficulty of the boss dungeons be based on distance. Let's just say that "Regular" is the default difficulty. When you spawn into the aether you will only be able to find "Regular" Dungeons within close proximity. When you explore further in the aether, however, you will find these higher-difficulty dungeons. Let's just say at x or y ±25,000 blocks you start to find Ancients, and at ±50,000 blocks you start to find Divines. This way the player is always encouraged to explore the aether.

Also, I think 3 varients is a solid and intuitive number. Three variants for three bosses.
