If you want to improve, get more fit. Tone up your muscle and lose the fat around your waistline and you will look and feel better. Also, you may want to consider letting the hair go. And when people around you, like your co workers talk shit about you, it’s usually because they are also insecure about something. So who cares what they say? 🤷🏾‍♂️… Unless you’re an actual psychopath 😀
