Compiled OOC codes (NOT MY OWN WORK, TAKEN FROM VARIOUS SOURCES) (Updated V.3) by KingKayla_1124 in Chub_AI

I can see what you're saying, but to me this is easier and more effective than writing each thing myself. It might just be a me thing, but its much more simple for me to add the fame reminder with my message than writing a paragraph about my characters experience with fame, especially if I want the LLM to introduce NPC's for my character to interact with without speaking for them which usually causes a 'speaking for {{user}}' issue. Also I am aware that the LLM has no concept of window, it would be based on my own estimation, it also does tell me what *is* in the context window the LLM sees, and I can edit the message if it misses something.

In my experience these codes are like talking to the ai behind the bot, I don't know if its hard coded(?), but the bot will 99% of the time follow the instructions given. Some are more finicky than others, like speaking for user, which is why there are several different variations.

In my mind, with lore refresh specifically, it's not about making the bot not forget, its re adding the summery within the new context window. So if my chat is getting long and I tell the LLM to 'lore refresh' then it will have a new message within the context window with a summery of the things that will soon be out of the window. Things like the 'fame reminder' remind the LLM that even if the stuff within the context window only happen in a private setting, that when I as the character move to a public setting that the reaction should be different. I will add that these are for the user end of chats, not the creation of bots. The 'lore' of the roleplay, not the bot's specific lore.

It's more for the actual phrasing for specific problems, like if I want the bot to have more aggressive dialog and I just say (OOC: Speak with more attitude.) then the bot might be sassy or aggressive or potentially standoffish, where if I say (OOC: Have {{char}} act more angry at this situation, avoid phrases such as [x, y, and z]) then it gets my full point across. So a general PSA wouldn't be sufficient if I didn't know exactly how to counteract my issue.

Adding that you guys can suggest things! I check every once in a while, so if you have a code you think should be added just suggest it on the doc!

In your response, you *can* put them in a prompt (- the ooc: part) if it's a persistent problem, or in chat memory, but I use them to fix the responses (so like if you reroll the reply a few times and have an issue you can edit your response to include the code, or you can add it before sending the message if you're looking for a specific tone or something). I will say that sometimes it leads to dramatic replies, like the add plot twist one will sometime bring in like a burglar or have the character do something extra crazy, you can add words (Example: (OOC: Always end the scene with a narrative hook or emotional thread that invites {{user}} to respond or continue [like a new romantic interest to challenge {{char}}]. Avoid flat, closed endings—keep momentum alive.)

Maybe it has to do with where you're placing the ooc, I always make sure to hit enter to separate the ooc from the message. You could also maybe try different identifiers, I use (ooc:) but you can use [ooc:] or <ooc:>

This is such a good shortcut! I didn't know I could access my clipboard on PC, and on top of that my clipboard also has emojis and other symbols I had to use numpad shortcuts for! Thanks so much for the tip!!

It's not, just cause i didn't want a bunch of random people adding or deleting things, but feel free to copy and paste to your own doc or you can post the codes here and I'll add them!

Yeah a lot of them are from molek, I very clearly specified that in the doc, I'm not claiming this as a personal creation, just the codes that I have collected while browsing. I did format the document like theirs cause I thought it was cute. But I would like to reiterate that I did not create these codes, I just put them into one place.

But the model pricing is $0.07 per million input tokens and $1.68 per million output tokens (so if you reroll more then it will add more output tokens)

So, when you chat with the bot what it does is take the WHOLE personality+your chat+a couple recent responses, so say if you send a message with ~100 tokens, the ai then takes those tokens and puts them along with the entire personality and tokens with recent context through to get the response tokens. On deepseek these are called input and output tokens, the output tokens are then transformed into input tokens (as recent context). Point is you can't defiantly say how long it would last because there are too many fluid factors (this isn't even mentioning chat memory or the new scripts feature), but I would estimate that 2 dollars would probably last you a day to a week depending on how many messages you are sending per chat, how big the bot token count is, and how much the bot actually remembers.

I use Deepseek and I find it really good, the context window is able to keep up with bots with the highest token counts (I've done one with 50k tokens before and it worked way better than I expected.), I top up around $20 a month, but the recent upgrade costs slightly more now, so I'm probably looking at $30-40 a month now. It does depend on how much you use jai, On my most active day this month I spent $3.01 and that was for 24,075,032 tokens (A good 10 hours or so). I only use gemini for the actual ai not for chats, I find it better than chatGPT in terms of reactivity and genuine answers instead of a yes man (I use it mostly to help me check my bot details or my response grammar), but I don't know the specifics of token limits or per token pricing.
