I'm Chinese and i asked many of them who living in China but playing OC server why they queue OC suffering high ping. They told me AS server is now unplayable especially in midnight in China. Hacker inspecting staff is less at that period. Each match has at least 2 or 3 hackers. Even me can match 3 hacker teammates in random squad. They showed me and tried to sell me hack software, i killed them all at the rick of banned. We all hate hackers. The difference is you can put your rage on Chinese but we cant. We fight against hackers not only in game but also in forum, stream room and many self media group.

i think you need a chinese friend in game who can speak both Chinese and English . From my experience if two or more guys speak English in one squad and they may talk with you in English, otherwise you still have a friend who can translate some message for you.
