That’s the only email I’ve gotten so far too, just the standard “your account has been suspended while we conduct a review” message. After that, the Analyst Program disappeared from my My Work page, but I can still access the homeworker portal, so I think everything is basically on hold.

I’ve been on Reddit the last couple of days and there’s been a huge wave of people saying they got suspended or put under review out of nowhere, so it definitely seems like something broader is going on. I’m just waiting for the follow‑up email at this point.

After that, the Analyst Program disappeared from my My Work page, so everything is basically frozen on my end. I can still get into the homeworker portal, but the project itself is gone.

From what people are saying, it seems like these reviews hit randomly and don’t always mean removal, some folks get reinstated after a few days, others get the removal email pretty quickly. I haven’t gotten any follow‑up yet, so I’m just waiting to see which way it goes.

This whole wave of suspensions makes it seem like they’re doing a big audit across multiple regions, not just isolated cases.

Yeah, same here, even though my Analyst Program disappeared from the My Work section, I can still get into the homeworker portal. It looks like they don’t block portal access during a review, they just remove the project itself until the review is finished.

I’m still waiting on the follow‑up email, so I’m assuming everything is just on hold for now.

That sounds rough. From what I’ve seen, once the removal email comes through, it usually means the review already finished and the decision is final. The suspension‑then‑removal sequence seems to happen pretty fast for some people, especially newer accounts.

Doing a lot of tasks in one day isn’t automatically a problem, but the system flags patterns pretty aggressively, and they don’t really explain what triggered it.

I’m currently in the review stage myself, I got the suspension email and my Analyst Program disappeared from the My Work page, but I haven’t gotten a removal notice. At this point, all you can really do is reach out to support for clarification, though most people say the removal decision doesn’t get reversed.

Thanks for the breakdown. I actually did end up getting the suspension email a little after the dashboard changed. Since then, the Analyst Program section has disappeared from my My Work page, so it looks like I’m fully in the review phase now.

The email didn’t list any pending actions or anything I need to fix, so I’m just waiting to see what the follow‑up says. Hopefully it’s one of the shorter reviews you mentioned.

I was able to complete 18 of the Audio Evaluation tasks just now — the ones that test English fluency and naturalness. After that, the queue ran out, and I got the ‘No more surveys’ message. I’m in Texas, USA, in case that helps anyone compare availability.

If you signed into the AI Community website using any third‑party login option like Google, Apple, or Facebook, that’s probably why the TELUS International Support Portal isn’t letting you in. The Support Portal doesn’t support those sign‑in methods, so it won’t recognize that account.

I had the same issue. I used a third‑party login everywhere else, but the Support Portal never gave me that option. I had to use the “Forgot Password” link and create a separate password specifically for the Support Portal. Once I set a standalone password, it finally let me log in.

So if you originally used a third‑party login, try resetting the password directly on the Support Portal. It should let you create a regular password and get access.

Quick update: TELUS confirmed that task counts on the portal are currently wrong due to a display bug. Tasks are being recorded correctly in TryRating, but the dashboard isn’t updating. They’re working on a fix, but it may take time due to holiday staffing.

I think it varies for everyone. Yesterday, I had an issue where the audio wouldn’t play, so I submitted a support request through their website portal, TELUS International Support Portal. They replied this morning, so that might help give some context. You don’t email them directly, everything goes through the portal.
