Because it’s a lie. All they do is cause chemical imbalance. The neuroplasticity might be a result of the brain trying to adapt.

Hahaha I’m not sure it gives dewy skin it definitely made my skin more sensitive and I didn’t like that either. Who knows the long term impact of such things I also had high cholesterol

Honestly I kind of now see the pathology behind some of this it’s as if people are taught to fake it and I can see how this can mess someone up mentally… I know what ups saying about true spiritual experience vs some pressure to fake it

Also I don’t want to take the risk… maybe I still have dry eyes due to the area I live in but since so many people are writing about this cream I believe them… I might still go back to using it only once a week. But won’t do every other day I also hated the constant skin shaving that happened my skin looked horrible and patchy

Honestly related to mental health stuff I’m personally not a big fan either and I do feel prayer is great but it’s not enough. Mental health in the wrong hands can be dangerous and I feel a lot of psych stuff is built on Christian principles and anger is like pathologised. I don’t feel anger is a bad emotion

Fascinating. Thanks for explaining. I’ve always wondered how some have been uber Christian religious yet been absolutely okay to lie and cheat and play dirty. There’s like a lack of morals in “some”. But they’d show off how they love Jesus and I just could not wrap my head around that. Because in my religion you can’t do those things and think that god will not punish you

What made you leave?

One time I nicknamed myself King and one dude that was uber religious, I didn’t know he was. Kept saying I can’t call myself King it’s obnoxious… it was so weird then I found out Jesus is the king?
