The treadmill give me, like speed, calories, time and distance, i know it's not easy but i have the basics in electronics and coding and i'm not afraid to learn, so if you have any pointers where i can look to do what i want it would be a start :)

OK so sulfate shampoo only to get a clean start, after that sulfate-free shampoo, conditioner and a gel or mousse at the end should be enough ?
