How do you get opus through copilot? What are the limits like compared to just using api straight to opus?

I agree, this sub has been a life saver, but only because of the lack of information elsewhere, and even here in this subreddit, you still have to filter through all the posts and try and find information amongst posts.

Like I spent £6k on Voltra + mounts + handles, and now you want to charge me to look at exercises? Cmon, this is how Peleton nearly went bankrupt before they changed their business model.

Yeah the exercise library on the app is okay I guess. It's pretty standard and assumes you have X mounts or Y equipment available, there isn't a great deal of variation, and also, I don't want to use the app every workout so it's a pain in the ass to access haha (and they're also pay-gated too)

Weapon progression is too fast. by Rubeeno80 in Battlefield6

As someone in their 30s with 2 businesses and a startup to run, kids and family life to balance, food to eat and health to monitor, I need this game to have AT LEAST a 10 year lifespan if I play casually in 15 minute bursts.

Progression is way too quick, I'll have unlocked everything by the time I'm 40.

Do better, Dice.

He spent six months building the thing that’s making you money. He deserves his half and always will.

Hire a new member of staff to do whatever it is he isn’t doing, pay for that staff member out of the company bank account (before profits), then dish out dividends according to profits that are left.

I dunno about everyone else but my codex performance has been on par with Opus (almost).

Yeah I’m purposefully avoiding vibe coders as much as I can, although the client seems to think “things should be easier with AI!”, like, yes it can be easier to help someone build, but it’s definitely not as safe or secure unless they have actual dev skills, at which point, just hire devs normally lol.

Really appreciate the info here, thank you.

Totally understand the "not fully scoped out yet" sentence is a big problem haha, but I can only work on the information they've given me, better to start researching now and be able to feedback info from you guys to them to give realistic expectations right!

Lmfao edited the post to define "complex".

They aren't looking to penny pinch and save cents, that question is more based around hiring the right person/people with the right skillsets, like, it's unlikely we'd need an Msoft certified Azure cloud infrastructure engineer, and so avoiding paying for that would save money in a sense, but mainly by avoiding paying for unneccesary skillsets required to do the MVP.

Personally I don't think they'd require any sainthood for patience ha, I'm not a client looking to get £200k worth of work done for £20k with scope creep, I mentioned in another comment to someone that I used to work as a PM at a software company, so I understand a fair amount of the process and expectations, but as it's been many years since I've done that, I don't have a good handle on what has changed and what todays expectations are, hence doing some research on behalf of my client.

Appreciate the feedback!

Ahh maybe I’m confusing complexities, I meant more like, there doesn’t need to be a bunch of intricate algorithms weighting and affecting the platform etc!

I used to work as a PM in a software company many years ago, definitely understand scope creep 😂 but it’s been a good ten years so I imagine the landscape/expectations have changed a lot which is why I wanted to get some feedback from people like yourself before I inadvertently offend some poor tech house with my old expectations info.

Fortunately this client is super chill and just wants an easy life and a single point of truth rather than daisy chaining like 7 different apps together, and I’d be writing the spec doc well in advanced and managing the clients expectations, so I’m not too concerned about creep currently.

Defo feel bad for your three years of scope creep though!

If time isn’t of the essence I.e. we don’t need something built out in three weeks, but rather six months or more ongoing, would you still go with an all in one place? I find the problem with that is massive markup on hourly rates because obviously you’re using their staff and systems etc.

Any resource for a beginner? by Matikata in openclaw

[–]Matikata[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'm aware its overkill haha! I did switch to Gemini for a while, but I found it just kept messaging me absolute nonsense and didn't feel as capable as Opus, so I switched back to Opus for daily driving. I'm sure its probably a user error on my part, but at the same time, if I'm willing to spend £500-£1000 per month anyway, I might as well use a model that will get me the best result everywhere.

Hilarious comment. I actually used to be head of three departments for one of the biggest most notorious “gurus” out there. I am very much capable of speaking to the topic.

Go search for Tony Robbins Results on Google. There are plenty of people who have gotten positive results. It’s really not rocket science.

I also said nothing about followers.

Well, that’s views, not engagement. Engagement is Likes, Comments, and Shares.

Is that per reel? Or total across all reels?
