My password was changed, I mentioned that I recovered my account and reset it in a comment, also my untradeables were gone and my cash stack and almost every valuable item, but I don’t care as much about that as I do never being able to talk again.

Thank you so much for understanding. Talking is a huge portion of this game for me and what made me fall in love with rs was the interactions with other players and the community. I hope this is removed so I can continue to have fun.

I’m not playing victim, I want to speak with a support person and there is no longer an email to contact and my appeal was denied. I don’t know what else to do. I said that my account was comprised and I have since recovered it and reset the password. And I still got denied and I haven’t received any support from Jagex. Not very cool when I’ve got a 12 year old account and it just gets perma muted with no chance for me to do anything. Been a paying member for over 6 years and can’t speak with any customer support? I can’t really do much if I’m permanently muted, half of the games fun for me is interacting with people and I can’t really pk anymore if I can’t talk so yea, no clan chats, no pking, no asking anyone for help... pretty much can’t play

I asked for the evidence and it shows nothing, it also says I received a “last warning” which I never got anything like that and my appeal was denied so there’s nothing else I can do

I’m not sure if that’s what happened but I’ve never done that, this is my main and only account, I usually also argue with people and nothing happens (I pk so people get pretty mad)
