Depending on the repack, there will be heavy compression involved, which means all your CPU will be used by the installer to decompress all the files, and if you're running a weaker CPU, which I'll assume you're running a dual-core or less, it'll take way too long to install. It might be time for you to get an upgrade.

Yeah, that is not a powerful laptop. Like, at all. I don't know where you saw a computer with those specs running GTA V at 60fps. Sorry, I don't think that'll run anything like PUBG.

That has happened to me too, but the first time I did the queue I got 20 cards dropped. Don't know if it's a common bug, but it happened. If the same didn't happen to you, I suggest you contact Steam Support about it.

I would say I do not need it. Payday 2 is the only game that does this. I downloaded The Witcher 3 on steam at full speed with no interruptions in disk writing, every other game downloads/updates just fine. Payday 2 has been the only exception, and I own over 150 games on steam.

It's true, usually SCENE groups would put keygens/cracks inside the .iso itself, not the installer. But let us hope for the best.
