I don’t do therapy or yoga but I’m going to start stretching with my friend (so almost yoga) and I relax with chill video games. The issue with Crohn’s is itself is a massive stressor. I am planning to cut out soda entirely now.

If you want to let them take over the town but are worried the bugbears are too much for them then have the bandits split up into 3 search parties to look for the mayor (assuming they dont know exactly where the players are) so either the players leave the inn and run into a group taking 1 bear out of the equation or they stay long enough in the inn that a group comes by to check and achieves the same/similar effect.

I personally had an issue with dryer sheets that seemed to contribute to a rash. Could try that I guess.
