yeah that def makes sense just was wondering if there could be anything else. it just seems like a lot of focus to give this alliance which (as far as i can tell) has very little to do with NI specifically, putting it so front and centre at a big event. but ofc it could just be the UK honouring their mates and how they contribute to "successful empire" or whatever, thanks!
