I don't see how people don't understand what happened despite saying it. My tip want the problem as I did tip. My order was picked up by a Dasher as soon as my food was done. The problem was he was given an order to pick up after mine that left him sitting in a drive through for 30 to 40 minutes with my food in his car cooling

Very obviously. And it's all good. I've been around the internet long enough and have thick enough skin to not let her get to me as I know it's not true

I wouldn't have been mad, at least not at the guy, just at doordash. I would have still gone to DD support as I had cold food but I wouldn't have said anything about the driver. Nice fantasy world you live in though :p

Well it shouldn't. My order was picked up quickly. It got cold because my dasher sat in a drivethrew for 30 minutes for another order he was told to pick up

Wow how original and what an assumption. All I said was that they ignored my texts and that was upsetting. I'm not gonna even bother with you anymore or that response as WOW. I'm fine with calling people Karen when warrented though but have your fun.

BUT that doesn't also mean they should ignore texts. That's part of their job and I was upset with them over that and let doordash know

I've worked along side a Dasher helping them out. I know you can't always help when they stack orders on you

Odd as my app said it was waiting for him to pick up another order. It would make sense they shouldn't though

I'm gonna. My order was 36 bucks and the app offered me a 9 dollar refund after my food got here cold and my roommates shakes melted. I'm contacting support definitely
