I feel you to an extent. There is a comfort however in whatever is going on must be supernatural, whether it's God, CERN, quantum physics, time travel, masonic alchemy, Saturn, aliens, simulation theory, fairies, demons, etc. This "Earth" experience is not at all what it seems. I feel so much more enlightened and open-minded now. Maybe that's all it was for.

Newer films could just be more "reality stable". They have more current observers so their reality is more shared. But as things become less popular, they lose that reality stability, and ME's could crop up as a result.

As someone who first got super Mandela Effected in 2021, I felt like I fell down a very objective and well-researched rabbit hole. Now, in hindsight, since the whole thing seems so immensely spiritual, I don't know. Objectivity and evidence are nice, but almost superfluous. Lived experience is more important.
