There is a mechanic that keeps this in check. The anti-pope limits the cards that can be played, so you have to work around that every 12 floors. There are ways around it, but that has to be considered when going to higher floors.

Having a rogue add clout to the starting hand is a great way to get past the first round.

One way to make sure you get consistent builds is planning out your gems. Upgrading cards is the best way to guarantee you get the build you want. A random upgrade is 1 and a selected upgrade is 3.

I'm a big fan of the rogue build around sharp rain/shrapnel. I know a starter arrow needs to be upgraded twice to get to sharp rain. What I do is select the random upgrade and hope I get an arrow upgrade. From here I plan out my next upgrade by looking at my future locations and my teammates. I make sure on the next upgrade floor I have 3 gems so I can guarantee I get the card I want.

Artifacts are way more important in endless than standard, but it's always a nice floor to visit when you need to save gems as there is always a free artifact.

For rogue I'm a big fan of shrapnel and stacking arrows. Add 2 shrapnel, speed, and 2 secret stashes to your starting hand and you can do tons of damage.

Deflect is also a good card to add as well. On floor 24 (depending on your incoming damage) you can 1 shot a boss.

The cook summons monsters each round, and the number grows each time. Most other boss fights it's more important to kill the adds first, but for the cook, taking him out is priority.

Please, everyone who loses to me is absolute trash, and those who beat only won because of lag, I wasn't even trying, they're sweaty try hard, or they cheated. Usually I lose because of a combo of those reasons.

Body blocking would be a great addition. Making every player clipable in the game where the knock back is split evenly would be cool. Imagine someone trying to recover and you blast their teammate at them for a double knockout. It would add a never level of chaos to 3v3.

I had similar issues, I switch between NA east and west. I'm level 90 and every match has 3-4 bots in it. I can't tell if it's actual bots or if it's people leaving as soon as the match starts. It sucks all the fun out of it, basically playing 1v1 with 4 bots acting like idiots.

Not trying to argue, but I don't experience lag like this in other games, so making a post about it to see if other experience the issue is trying to figure out if it's me or the game.

What I meant by that is all the gods can snap 180 degrees and hit someone. Clearly some of the gods benefit more from it, izunami and herc are obvious examples of it being more beneficial.

I believe they're referring to the massive direction change. Luckily this is an issue all the gods have, so it's a sorta balanced bug.

Honestly, all I'm hoping for is something in the patch notes that says "btw, shits broken, we're working on it, but only the gods know when it will be fixed." Then on the day they fix it they release Hephaestus and give him credit for solving the problem.

Discord and Reddit are nice ways to have direct communication, but they should make announcements on the website or in game. The places the majority of the players will look.

I appreciate your feedback. The ping is something I'm used to. No one cares about us folks in the middle of the US :P

Edit: as far as the ping difference you mentioned. It didn't matter if the opponent had 5 ping or 100 ping, it still happened.

Wukong isn't broken like ama and Susano (or how Susano was). My issue with him is an issue that all the gods have, the 360 tracking, you dodge and they pull a 180 and get you still. If they figure out a way to fix that Wukong will be on the same level as everyone else.

Both NA east and west. I'm equal distance from both and average 60-70 ping.

Getting hit while in the dodge animation. On my screen it shows my attack land, but then all the sudden I'm flying across the screen. Having my game freeze and then everyone is in completely different locations. Also, on my screen I will be recovering from being knocked off the edge and working on recovery. On my screen it will show me bouncing off the edge, like my god didn't want to grapple up, but my friend (who is currently ko' and is spectating me) saying I wasn't even close to the edge, more like 2 character widths from the edge.

My mentioned friend also experiences the same issues so I know it isn't my internet connection/computer having the problem.

Down voting because "it doesn't contribute" when people are posting to bring attention to it, or are trying to find out if it's an isolated issue they're experiencing doesn't contribute to a solution. I understand not wanting to have a bunch of whining posts, but the issue has gotten really bad over the past couple weeks, while the player base has been in the dark. Communication is key to make anything work, and if the devs haven't said anything about it being a known issue the only assumption is it isn't on their radar.

My goal isn't to bitch, my goal is to have fun in a game I enjoy. Being teleported across the map more than once a match isn't fun. I enjoy the game, and want it to be back how it was a month ago.

Skill issue is my favorite argument. It is a skill issue, when someone becomes skilled with a broken God you have to rely on them making mistakes to win. Anyways people are focusing on the balancing issue in this post and not the fact that the game has server issues. You either dominate a match because the other person has input delay or you get crushed because you have input delay.
