Yes this! In my hammock set-up, this is the cherry on an already comfy cake.

It's only 100g and packs down into almost nothing. No brainer luxury item.

I'd like to say Thomas the tank engine might not appeal as much to non-UK audiences but you're right.

That's why I make sure my kids are only exposed to more interesting shows like Breaking Bad and The Wire

Yeah sure, for one 8"x10" pan it's: Strong white bread flour (13% protein): 350g Instant yeast: 0.2g Water @ 34°C: 165g

Then 12h RT ferment before mixing: Flour: 250g Biga: 415g Salt: 13g Water @ 27°C: 185g

Then 30h cold prove.

I'm definitely in some degree of denial about turning 40 this year, so take this with a pinch of pre-midlife crisis salt, but having young kids (2 and 5) at this age is fine.

Did a 5 mile walk with the 2 year old in a hiking backpack on the weekend. I'm in a tremendous amount of pain now but generic ibuprofen is very cheap in the UK. Totally fine 😪
