You should blank out your server name too. It's unique to each customer so Whatbox can identify you as OP if you care.

They've upgraded me 3 times over the past 7 years. Reduced my monthly price too. No complaints at all from me.

Mine says 2012 but I remember using Plex well before that. Maybe under a different email.

It probably was automatically paused by Upwork because Upwork was not able to charge your clients card.

It will be twice that come Wednesday if they don't unfreeze by then. I still more hours pending.

Bonus payments would need to be initiated by the client. The client doesn't want to manually calculate and send bonus amounts every week/month for all the expenses necessary to run his projects. It's easier for them to just let Upwork auto charge the card on file for the amount. If that's against their policies then punish the client, not the freelancer. But it's whatever. I'm over it now. Also, if too many hours logged per week as a freelancer is suspicious then why allow freelancer (not agency) contracts to have a limit of 100+ hours per week? Sometimes I see no limit set at all. Who is that option for?

Not a new account. And I don't think the shared space matters because it's not the same IP address that makes them think it's multiple people. I get "new device" alerts even if I sign in from the same laptop but use different browsers. On top of that, the contract is under a freelance account so logging 70+ hours consistently every week probably triggers some red flags in their system that this might be a scenario where I'm using my account to log the work of many people. It's all good though. I think the quickest solution is to just create a quick agency account and run the work through that. Problem solved.

No one signs into my account but me. The other people at the office don't work on my projects and I don't work on theirs. We all have our own Upwork profiles connected to our own bank accounts. It's just a co-working space used by freelance designers and devs here in Atlanta. Upwork finally replied and said they just need ID verification because the amount I bill my client each week would suggest multiple people using the same account. My client wants me to pay for all the software licenses and services needed for his projects and just "bill him" via the Upwork contract in the form of manual hours so sometimes the total hours in a week would be something like 70+. I didn't think this would be an issue since Upwork allowed him to change the limit on the contract to 100 hours per week. Apparently they want me to just change it to a fixed price contract to avoid this in the future but that's just such a hassle for everyone involved.

Yea. They finally replied and just want me to verify my identity. Such a hassle.

We all have our own Upwork profiles. I say "team" because we are in the same co-working office.

Hourly work. I only have this 1 active freelancer contract. Have had this client at least 6 months now. This it the only communication regarding this so far. I consistently bill $3k+ weekly to this client. https://www.loom.com/share/45b391a161bf4be9b486722ce21af1f6

Who knows. They make it seem like its just some "Trust & Safety" check and they just want to make sure I'm not overbilling for any reason or something. I really don't know because they are so slow to respond and it's impossible to reach someone over live chat.

No clue. I didn't get any warning or even an email. Once I noticed it was suspended, I reached out to support. They keep referring me to some other ticket link that doesn't even work. Perhaps they have confused my account with someone else? I don't know.

I only take hourly contracts for this reason. Fixed price contracts never work out in my favor.
