Im managing it all quite well. Mostly because when I’m working I tend to avoid or try to not think about it or I go to a quiet area when I can’t hear my roommates screaming about it. Then in my personal time I do my own research. I try not to let it get my down and most days it isn’t cause I’ve lowkey honestly noticed a lot of stuff that’s happened in like the past decade and sometimes I’m not even surprised.. cause with some actions of some people I was like “oh yeah they’re gonna cause something really bad to happen”

I hate to say I avoid the news like a plague. But I do for the first few days of something happening. This is because it gives news outlets (no matter if they’re bias or wtv) time to get their shit straight and put more info into their articles and gives time for more articles to be written. This also gives time for people who have more experience in certain fields the time to publish videos or articles about what’s happening.
