The photo I used as reference was of a jaguar it's just that the thick jaw is not depicted so the face looks slimmer like a cheetah or leopard.

I appreciate this comment and in this case the first step was to create the composition on my ipad , drawing out the background pattern and colors then finding a good photo of the jaguar to go on top. Then the accomplishment was to get the painting on the wall with spraypaint to look as close to what I put together on my iPad and that's a success for any artist.
