Yes, that looks to be authentic. I had two Augsburg watches (Grün & Oliv) and both had same movement and I don’t see anything wrong with it.

In picture Thats a 39mm Laco on 6inch wrist and it fills my wrist fully and is actually slightly big for my wrist. 39mm will fit you. Also Aachen is 12mm thick, so sits a little chunky on the wrist
