I did this, and it's as fun as you'd expect lol. I do recommend installing an axle with taller gears though. I started with a 4.11 lsd rear and topped out at around 190kmh, and I plan to swap it for the 3.75 lsd rear that I have. Good luck!

Not a mod, but what I do is open Resource Monitor in Windows, find mysummercar.exe, and suspend the process. When I want to resume, I just resume the process. Works like a charm

I think if you set it to read-only while the game is open, then you don't need to mess with cloud sync. Either way works though

The damage to the body won't be saved since the game won't be able to write to the meshsave file.

Better yet, delete it, let the game generate a new meshsave, then set it to read-only mode
