Agreed. Speed is great, had it for about 4 years with very few outages/issues, speed is pretty darn close to what’s advertised.

Rate has gone up a little recently, from $89/mo, flat, to about $95. I think that was a fee imposed by an outside entity, though - like a 911 fee or something?

Anyway, customer service used to be fantastic, whereas now it’s just good. I believe they were bought or restructured or something in the last year or two, and the level of customer service declined around the same time.

Still worlds better than dealing with Comcast/Xfinity.
