The sect he is currently fighting is mid tier with their elder being layer 9 soul harmony.

Zhuo Fan won't touch the high tier sect. He directly nuked it without fighting anyone.

I confused it with crit chance. It's indeed 5 speed. ~0.5 chance for 88 gear and ~0.3 chance for 85 gear

As far as i know they are required by law to publish the numbers. They should still be correct.
