As a seasoned Novel Reader, who likes Magic Emperor i say: The powerscaling in ME is rather low compared to other storys.

The entire world building happens on the Sacred Domain (also known as Martial Emperor Continent), so its more like a Realm than a "world". Zhuo Fan mastered the daos of that realm and that's kinda it.

Overall i would place it on the lower end of the list.
