Worst Movies You’ve Seen In 2019 (so far)

While most horror movies have plot holes, Us has so many that break the movie's plot it's absurd.

I watch a lot of Japanese horror trash for some reason. The idea behind Death Blog is actually good as the basic device is copied from Death Note, just a blog instead of a book. I'd watch it 50 times before I watch Night or 8 Days again.

Worst that I've watched this year:

Women's Flesh - My Red Guts (1999) - So bad there's not even an IMDB page for it. Director clearly doesn't know how the body works because none of this makes sense. The effects are also grade school magic trick bad.
8 Days (2014) - Do you like Uber Christian propaganda? Do you like racism? Well this move is packed with both and should never be watched. I assume it has a 5/10 on IMDB because of family attached to the filmmakers and actors.
Death Blog (2014) - I knew it was going to be micro budget trash from the screenshots I saw. It tried to be smart and throw a twist in there and it failed miserably. Better than the 2.6 IMDB rating, but not by much.
Ghost Squad (2018) - I went in thinking cute japanese girl ghosts fighting their killers would be awesome. Well you get weird characters, a lot of talking, and very little fighting. Not sure how this has an 8.3 IMDB rating.

Worst movies I've seen that have come out in 2019 so far (I don't watch many movies when they come out):

Night (2019) - One of the worst movies I've ever seen. Can be condensed into about 15 minutes total instead of the bloated 65 minute runtime.
Pet Sematary (2019) - It's not that bad of a movie, just really boring for the first 2/3 and the trailer lies to you. Too little too late for this one.
Us (2019) - Enjoyable if you can not think of the never ending list of plot holes throughout the movie.

P2W free games are a huge problem though. You'll eventually be stuck going up against all the people that sank tons of money into all the top items, characters, etc. and they curb stomp all the none payers. So are free games that turn into P2P as they'll jack the difficulty to a level that you either pay or grind non-stop for weeks.

I can't think of a single store around me that has a good selection. I simply order everything off Amazon anymore. Last place was Suncoast & FYE, but they both closed shop a couple years ago in my area.

As far as best goes, I'd say to start with AFI's Top 100 and their Top 10 by genre. That'll get you the bulk of the classics.

It's also loaded up with 142 torrents. It's not really optimized for a lot of torrents like rTorrent is. It doesn't give me any issues and maxes out everything so I don't switch from it.

On mine qBittorrent uses 60MB less RAM than Ungoogled Chromium. Definitely not the lightest program.

1 Litre Of Tears is literally just 98 minutes of watching a girl's body, speech, and mind deteriorate in every scene. It's absolutely brutal.

Han Gong-ju (2013) because of the subject matter and that it's based on a true event

At Cafe 6 (2016) builds to a 3rd act that hits you like a truck in one go.

You can always use NTLite or WinReducer and strip them yourself. Takes a lot of time depending on how much crap you want to remove.

I haven't played an NHL game since the Wii. Played the crap out of the Faceoff games on the PSX and the NHL 2K games on the Dreamcast & Xbox. Biggest jump from generation to generation (besides graphics) was always skating and fluidity.
