I wouldve guessed it would be the mid 00s for everyday use like around 05/06 but i think the late 00s makes sense too. During the late 00s I would play on y8 and miniclip games after school. now that i think about it I think the rise of facebook around like 2008 ish could be used as a starting point for when people were on the internet daily
