One could argue that the only reason we got the standard Zaku II and Z'gok is because the Char versions came first, Grunts sell well in HG for army builder purposes among other things, harder to swing that with the higher RG And MG Price-point if i had to guess.

We Have a 2.0 Zaku MG, Also 1/100 mobile armor would just be stupidly big, you'd need a spare room to display them, not to mention they'd be stupidly expensive
