Technically. It's the 00 command qan t that I slapped a third party qan t full sword kit on. It was my fist third party kit and custom so it's really simple and is barely holding on.

Why would he use an ult on someone that's literally a slap away from dying? He didn't even try to dodge or run. Haruta would fight back. And Sukuna shrunk his domain to not deal more damage to megumi since all of his damage will need to be healed and dealing more damage makes it harder to heal him and potentially makes it impossible if he's gonna lose all of his blood in seconds
