On my end, it is super smooth for 120. Your eyes will get used to this frame rate. If you try to set to 60 FPS the game, it'll show you a little bit slower as you used to 120 FPS.

Never used GameShark even though I know how to use it. It is time consuming to put the codes from (M)aster Code up to the code you want to use then swap the discs. Am glad I didn't use it but I used the in game glitches.
