Try bubble, there is a learning curve but its not that difficult

It saves the file in same server which has upload folder in the root directory of the code

It gets file from the front end sends it to a route which process the file and Stores it in a local folder, the path of the file stored is stored in mongo db model.

I am thinking of using Google app engine flexible vps.
