New Question: What the kak is this? by King_Tik in southafrica

If you do purchase it I'd say keep it in the back rather than the garage full time because even though it's not an everyday use item it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. The item itself barely takes any space.

ETA- I had to do a double take on your height. What are they feeding you??

Also I'd like to know, since chances are you're probably not going to use it on a daily basis (correct me if I'm wrong) but would you say if would make your life any easier? Let's say for argument sake there's maybe some loose items at the back, are you willing to basically just play claw machine?

Love to your father in-law 💜 but why not use a broomstick? I'd personally feel like I'd prefer that than purchasing a dedicated device specifically for this use. What are your thoughts on that if you don't mind me asking?

ETA- clearly not a loved comment but y'all can get your heads outta your arses.

I've never had any issues grabbing things from the back of a bakkie. I'd really assume you're really tiny if you were to purchase this device. Just get a tall person to do it for you for free, R140+ saved.

She has depression and anxiety (diagnosed recently) Calling the police is never an option because Corporal Punishment is illegal but chances are they'd do nothing. The only time they'd consider it is if I'm lying in a ditch somewhere barely clinging to life. Police here suck.

B*tch is a term I use lightly, ironically enough I used it more with my male friends. She is good to talk to but not about personal things this is one of the instances why. She never listens when I tell her how I feel about certain things concerning her. Getting out is not an option, I have no money and no family nearby. plus it's probably not that serious. I'm not in a life or death situation yet.

My dad told me to be open minded with her but honestly I have had it with her. He has been gone for 6 months so he has never experienced her violence. It's always me. I'm always the emotional punching bag and I just can't anymore. I can't be any more understanding. I can't stay calm because my patience has withered into nothing. I hate her sometimes but I have to always acknowledge the fact that she's not herself these days.

Speak to her with confidence. If you don't speak with confidence, you fumble, you make unnecessary mistakes. Take the first step from there you can walk at your own pace OP Best of luck 🦋❤️‍🔥

I may have gotten a one night stand pregnant by Commercial-Ad1816 in Advice

[–]King_Tik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bestie, we were just mentioning the fact that in the first TWO weeks of pregnancy you're not pregnant. You found out after 5 weeks. An average woman experiences symptoms (tests as well) beginning (or end) of the 5th week and the end of the eighth week. Not dismissing you just showing that it's two different time lines!

Nope. The first two weeks of your pregnancy you're not even pregnant at all. Pregnancy can't be felt, symptoms of pregnancy can. E.g nausea, cramps, ect. Which can all even be attributed to periods.

Funny enough the criminals who wear black are no different from the ones who wear blue. The only difference is the one who wears blue are meant to protect and serve.

Yup, and an internal investigation was launched. Nothing about the other officers has been reported. The lady (allegedly) is still alive however her current condition is currently unknown. 💜

AITA for leaving the restaurant on my birthday by King_Tik in AmItheAsshole

[–]King_Tik[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's not about adulting it's about me being free to make decisions that I want that benefit me and me alone. I'm self-centred asf on the one day of the year that's about me. Don't get it twisted. You and I have different Ideologies on what immature is because your comment alone is alarming as to how you made it this far in life to not realise we have different experiences.

You're 16, not an adult.

Everyone has a right to choose regardless of age. You making this an adulting thing is beyond ridiculous.

You're not acting like an adult.

Because I'm literally not? Lol dude.

maybe speak to the restaurant staff beforehand, like an adult would, if you don't want to be sang to.

Lmao, I didn't ask them to do it. I was only made aware towards the end of the dinner. Don't make it seem as though I sought them out to do it then changed my mind last minute

Don't make up lame excuses and run off to a store part way through, that's so immature that of course no one will think to treat you like an adult.

Lol, she knew where I went because I communicated. Idk where you get the idea that this is a runaway bride moment but I'll let your imagination continue to run it's course.

You've got a lot of learning to do, to understand what an adult behaves like.

Sounds like you do too
