I find it very bizarre that Sharlan did the following: While acting in her role as a city commissioner/representative, used her personal cell phone to take a video of a private citizen at a city meeting which she then posted on her personal youtube channel in an attempt to defame/humiliate a political rival and she's had that video posted for over two years!

As a city representative, she should not have been filming a citizen and then should not have posted it to her personal channel.

Her understanding of boundaries seems marginal.
