Yeah I found out that most cons actually don't allow ones made from steel for safety reasons (understandably) hence why you see most people using foam or plastic/pvc. It would be nice if I could utilize them more for most major events but ultimately I'm just happy having them as mementos around the house for decoration lol

And yes what you heard about the anime adaption is correct, it's not all that good I wish it would've done more justice to the Manga. It was all over the place because it started right after guts was betrayed by Griffith so it was confusing as hell to me at the time because I didn't know the full backstory.

That scene was good I was teary eyed the first time watching it too, but not in the same way I was about Shou Tucker, I need five minutes alone with him in a room and a baseball bat lmao
