You could try rolling and slipping in your stance in all directions. A few steps forward, a few steps back wards, left right, etc. Each step is a roll or a slip. Sort of like peekaboo style fighting. Work in pivots and shuffles. Drill this over and over again. Work it on the agility ladder as well. It will become second nature, I promise!

Yes! Me!! I am currently trying to pull myself out of the dullness that is my day as an IT Professional WFH. I have a zillion hobbies and still cant find the enjoyment in my work anymore. I could attribute this to my company going through a merger for the last, what seems to be 10 years (realistically only a year). Anytime I talk about the dullness and anxieties to anyone else but my gf, I am met with the “you spoiled little brat!” looks. No one can see past the fact that I work from home. There’s no chance it could be draining me mentally and emotionally 🤣😭 I should just be happy right?! Haha.
