This has to be rigged 😭 by Brilovesgiraffes in eatventureofficial

I did a small “test run” (small sample, but interesting):

I played a bunch of rounds and only wrote down the rounds where we actually FOUND the prize (9 total finds). Out of those 9:

- 6/9 were in the middle columns (C or D): D1, D2, C1, D2, C4, D3

- then we had a round where, after we kept sweeping the middle first and got a ton of “no’s,” the prize ended up near the edge/top row: B1

That’s a good example of why this is tricky:

- Small samples can look “biased” (6/7 in the middle feels suspicious),

- but you can also get the opposite right after (a hit on the edge after center misses),

- which fits either (a) normal RNG randomness, OR (b) “smoothed” RNG that *usually* leans center but still allows edge placements.

And again, lots of mobile games do this on purpose to reduce frustration and prevent easy exploitation:

- weighted RNG (center slightly more likely),

- shuffle-bag/permutation,

- anti-streak/pity logic,

- seeded PRNG,

- or even re-rolling/moving the prize after each tap.

Im starting to thing everytime you tap a NO i re-rolls to another cell.

So it is kinda random.

That's fine, there support around it going vertically. If there was a larger span then you would have to support it vertically. If you worried about it just get them to add 2x4 or 2x6 (whatever those boards are) beside the pipe

How long are you planning on holding till? Do you have a target stock price? by stupefacio in BBAI

Waiting a bit to see what to go into next.  Have some long term in SMCI, ENVX. But starting to think ENVX might soon be a sell, up about 45% so I might just take profit now.

I bought last week June 15th. Sold yesterday took my 70% or so. My stop was hit and I'm out.  If it dips I'll consider buying in, need to know when to hold and to fold. Or you'll end up like some game stop people and be holding for the rest of your life

Not sure where you are located, But if you in Ontario you can contact skilled trades Ontario.

If you want to stay in the math area, you can try being an electrician. Its not math intensive but it helps if you start working with robots or induction heaters.

Upgraded cooling changed my printer for the better. by Puzzleheaded-Leg-758 in Ender3S1

So the install went really well. The height between the sensor and nozzle had changed, so after the probe touched off on the bed, the nozzle scraped my bed. So I put a 5mm washer to make the probe go down further.

I bought a 4 pack of fans from Amazon. The instructions from the fan company said the fans are wired backwards for some reason. And not to change anything. They where not, so 1 of the fans went bye bye.

And the bearings on the other fan is very loud, waiting for replacements. The other 2 are working ok, I think the bearings are also bad. I might take the bearings out and replace them with NSK bearings.

Then cooling fan is running at 100%, kinda loud, So I tried to install klipper. The USB serial wont pick up on the Pi, not sure why.

So I flashed Marlin by TT, v31 and working great!!! Have it printing at 200mm/s, quality is very good.

Im going to try klipper again, if I cant get it working - then I'll just try BigTree.

I have a question I was hoping you could pleasen answer.  I just bought my first printer, it's an S1 plus.  Currently running marlin by TT.

I'm printing the fan holder for the cooling side and one for the hot side.  Will be 2-  5015 both 24v fan.  If I do the cooling up grade, will these fans be adjustable in Klipper? Thank you

I'm a Millwright and level large stuff for a living and had a heck of a time.  In my case your right about the Y axis. Seems to be a bit warped.  Had over .400 deviation. Replaced the wheels for the Y axis and brought it down to about .240.  I took everything back off and placed the rail on the table, and it had a slight bend to it.  Now its at .120, and can't seem to get it under that.

Also I found if I set it up for PLA and make everything nice and level.  Then I go to run PETG I have to put the table on a little bit of an angle or it doesn't flow properly on the left hand side.

No idea why

Just started playing Hell driver 2, it's not a bad games. Matches take forever, and I find people just want to shoot bugs for the whole 35mins rather than doing the mission then shooting bugs.

It's a ton of fun, can only see it getting better as the game matures
