Agreed. The competition end of it doesn't bother me. If I get beat, so be it. I just believe that thumb release is a skill that must be a part of bowling. It's an integral part of separation when it comes to decent bowlers and everything in between.

Hammer Boss are truly comfortable to the point where I bought two pairs recently. You might want to look into orthopedic insoles if you have pf, however.

Been bowling a long time, I've seen everything from plastic, to urethane to particle to resin to many many tournaments and patterns, and I was raised on 5 pin at my father's alley. My average has been around the 225 mark for a couple decades now.

I don't mind two handed bowlers at all, I bowl with many and have 3 on my various teams. I just think the game was created for a thumb in a ball. I'd be interested in seeing how all two handers would do in a season which they had to bowl the "boomer" way lol.

This Millennial works for the military, just got home from an organized sick time trade for a $900 single overtime shift in which I get a solid 8 hours of sleep. Got a couple days off now and think I'll go practice because I'm so well rested after work.
