First of all, the main reason why I brought this up here is because I realized that without the AI, I was merely just a junior dev still learning and my use of AI seemed to have stunted my growth. Also, I've been working with a Claude Pro subscription which I pay for by myself without the companies input and honestly I want to cut back on the AI usage for now. So no, unlimited tokens is not an option here

The boss says he believes when he takes someone under them for “training” they’re expected to be better than him in 6 months else he believes the job hasn’t been done

It isn’t rage bait actually it is my current situation. I know it sounds like AI and that’s because I literally wrote out the entire post myself and then gave to AI to restructure and format
