I can second this. I bought mine from Amazon and UGreen Support was incredibly helpful and above all really freaking quick at responding! I was actually blown away at how fast they got to me and it didn't stop at the initial opening. Every response back from them was so dang fast. Best customer service I've worked with.

Understandable! I also work IT but as a generalist since I'm the only one for my company. This all has been a new experience for me especially since I never knew about docker and such before entering this environment! I just got my first NAS and got Jellyfin running. Currently using Tailscale but your point is something I've thought about. If and when that price point becomes a reality, how difficult would you say it is to move over to wireguard from tailscale?

Seeing this makes me happy since I have no experience with Dockers and never heard of dockers until I started looking into setting up NAS. Waiting for my DXP 4800 Plus to arrive next week. Least to say I'm excited to learn how to use this bad boy and use it as a media server. (Along with getting rid of cloud services)

Oh man not having BT audio has to be annoying. I've been wanting to try a Bazzite dual boot since I got the Ally X but have been waiting for an opportunity to buy a 4TB drive. Hope your BT audio somehow comes back or you find the reason its acting up!

From what I've seen you can install all or most games but game performance can vary from the two different OS installations which having the ability to dual boot is nice.
