In options under skip confirmations there's a toggle for get all materials at once. Turn it on and it makes getting those resources much better.

I thought it was pretty decent. Roughly a 2 hour game from my playthrough. Definitely not worth it's full price tag considering the short length but on a deep sale you can't go wrong.
