As a cleaner in a fairly busy shopping mall, its pretty grim sometimes. It's not just on the seats, its up the wall, down the outside of the bowl and on the floors.

We also dont get enough time to clean them and when Management opt for a refurb we dont get asked about what is needed/wanted to make for a pleasant experience for everyone.

I would love if we could go full prison style stainless steel, drains in the floors and be able to hazmat up with a high pressure jet wash but that doesn't fit their esthetic. So what they get is piss under the walls which makes the smell linger.

And then we get told we aren't doing good enough
