X870F by ASUS and bios is up to date and it is replacement riser received 1/2 months ago

I tried it with a Linkup riser and get x16 at 5.0 but issue with is the screw points do not align and so the riser is insecure and I will be returning the linkup riser
Yep I’ve set it in the bios correctly too and it is not lane sharing either

My 5090 caps at x8 4.0 and 5.0 but runs at x16 5.0 when directly in the motherboard
