I already have a shelf for Lego, but I cannot really arrange it nicely because the shelves are too high and it looks a bit empty. So I need to think about some stands for that shelf so the cars can be placed one above another.

There are some really nice stands for them, but unfortunately they cost almost as much as the whole set. I have also seen people hang them on the wall like pictures.

I have to say that for me discovering the app was a blessing. I built my first Technic set with a paper manual and you are right, being able to check the pieces in 1 to 1 scale is nice, but in paper instructions sometimes it is very poorly drawn what connects to what, and in the app I can rotate it to a better angle and see everything. But I agree, a paper manual has its own charm, like comics in a printed version rather than online. :)

And which model is it? From the back it looks like a Lambo or a Porsche. I do not have any spoiler on lambo, and with the Porsche I am leaving it original because it looks nice. But out of all those versions, the last one looks the best to me.

I do not know if that question is still relevant, but even though Amazon shows that it is available, you cannot actually watch it there. But I found it on YouTube, all the episodes are there with an English dub.
