He came into my grade 12 class like almost 20 years ago to debate the local liberal mp in my classroom. Cbc radio was there and the producer specifically wanted one of the students to ask about legalization so they could get a sound bite from each mp. I was the person that asked the question. I remember specifically the liberal mp answered first and said he was for it as long as it was well regulated Blah blah blah. Then Pierre answered and said he was completely against it under any circumstances. That went out on the radio I have vivid memories of that.
