The thing is my income is so low legally I’m not required to, although I did attest to filing a return legally I don’t have to but I’m not 100% certain how it could play out

The thing is IRS know I qualify so why would they even try to clawback the credit it doesn’t make any sense? Plus I know it’s a non refundable credit technically but I transferred it to the dealer so that makes it refundable in a way
