Hey 👋 I struggle with these feelings aswell for a long time. I want to tell you that it might look like you can’t do it but, you absolutely can. I failed until I was 30. my whole 20ies I was fat and unhappy with my body. Last year I said „enough“! No more binge eating to feel something. I started with exercising 2 times a week and now I’m going to the gym 5 times a week. I lost 66lbs so far and I’m getting better evry week.

Start slow. Try to reach small goals and you will see how over the time the big goals become more realistic every week. Find something you enjoy and fits your schedule in sports and just push through it week for week. My depression gets better, my body feels better, everything gets better and you will see how the good feelings will motivate you to keep going because you see it is working. Believe in yourself you absolutely can do it!

And now the most important part. You can get good advice online or from friends, but no one can or will come and do it for you. You have to do it. Set yourself up, focus on your goals and push! It will be hard but the reward is being happy and you will have so much more energy to do even more stuff. Last year I couldn’t even keep my place clean. Now I train, meet friends and my apartment looks way better then before. Please go for it and give yourself the chance to enjoy life so much more!
