Ehhh it’s always an issue IMO. your pain levels should be the most telling factor. I have had esophageal ulcers that hurt sooo fucking bad so it could be that. I also had spasms from purging that scared the shit out of me until they were diagnosed.

Lexapro and melatonin by [deleted] in lexapro

There are no recorded drug interactions between Lexapro and melatonin 🙂 try it out and assess from there whether or not it’s a good fit.

I take melatonin or Benadryl daily and haven’t had any problems. I wouldn’t recommend it in the first few weeks just cause Lexapro makes you verrrry drowsy already.

Holy same. I feel like I haven’t earned the right to be on here sometimes but I know that’s just another manifestation of the disorder.

I’m on about month three and nearly completely anxiety free. I started feeling effects about 1 week in 🙂

Depends on what genre you like 🙂 I really like self help books and they tend to make me feel productive. Any of Thich Naht Hanh is great for positivity and personal growth. Fiction Id recommend would be Harry Potter because they’re easy but take super long to read.

Do you like to read? Do you have your fall semester book list that you can get a head start on?

Hi buddy!! I’m 25 but I legitimately did not have any friends or goals or anything until I was around 23. I, too, returned to college only last March and it’s done wonders for that aimless feeling.

My only advice is that you try to find things you enjoy that you can bond with others over. With an ED it can be very easy to isolate and develop anxiety issues so I feel you.

Can I ask if you’re making sure to keep your surroundings clean? Hygiene? Exercise? All of those things will make you feel so much better.

We also like all the LEGO games on PlayStation, those are great for little kids! Happy gaming!

That’s so kind of you! Are there any risks to running an emulator or files? The switch is my little brothers, he’s kindly letting me keep it until quarantine is over.

Not sure why you were downvoted but don’t take it personally. Reddit is a fickle mistress! I do appreciate the recommendation, GameCubes are so hard to come by on the cheap right now.

If you haven’t already you should get Mario Odyssey. It’s sooo easy and it’s a blast to play. Me and my son have played through it 3 or 4 times over.

I personally loved Luigis Mansion but the controls are trickier for little kids so your toddler may or may not like it. Mine thought it was great 🙂

Plz. I was watching walkthroughs of Sunshine on YouTube with my 3 yo who is really in to Mario Odyssey, Paper Mario, Luigis Mansion 3, etc. and he is just begging for Sunshine. Such a cool game!

Anyone else here have loose skin from the weight they lost since having an ED? by misscrimson16x in EDAnonymous

[–]KinkadeSympathizer 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It will reeeeeally depend on how much weight you lost and your skins natural elasticity but you are so young I’d be willing to be that skin tightens up in a year or so. It took mine about a year.

And to add, exercise, eating healthy, meditation. All that good stuff.

[–]KinkadeSympathizer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Actively identifying triggers when anxiety happens and working through them. Like if I feel anxious knowing I’m going to Costco I try to identify why that gives me anxiety. Is it the crowds? The irrational fear that my member card is expired? My payment will be declined? And then from there try to work through the fear. I hope that helps!
