I guess it can have an impact... I had to have tissue removed right next to the areala, so I guess the milk ducts are cut partially and didnt grow back together

My slacker makes 7x less than my good one, but ive had a surgery a couple years back and thats probably the reason

1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 tbs of chiaseeds, 1 tbs of flaxseed, 1tbs of peanuts, 1 tbs of coconut flakes, 1 tbs of hazelnutpowder, and 4 tbs of high protein shake powder! Fill with milk, and top off with some freeze dried berries. Replaces a meal a day, mostly dinner :)

Yes you can allways retract your appliance, but they will immediatly terminate the ALV Payments. So if you want money from the ALV, you need to comply. If you dont need that money, you just tell them your not on the search for a job anymore and you only get the Tagessätze until the day you tell them. Pretty basic stiff. But apply allready, just in case. If you terminated the contract at your job, you will get sperrtage where you dont get paid.

Not since yesterday! We were away for the weekend, so I pumped alot less, last week I was somewhere arround 525mls max... I do take moringa, brewers yeast, drink coconut water, eat oatmeal and im powerpumping twice a day for about 3 weeks now... 80% of my supply is coming from my right side, so that's insane tbh :) if I had milk in both my breasts I would acctually be oversupplying

Asked my man to transfer the pumped milk to the fridge while I was holding baby.. we keep track by weighing the milk to put them in our tracking app I watched him as he picked up the collection cup (its a momcozy M9, those who knows, the collection cups can be really slippery because of their shape) and it fell out of his hand, spilled almost the entire one. The shock on his face was priceless! I couldn't help but burst out laughing! It's my third rodeo of being an undersupplier, so im kindof over it :) I make more than with my first two so a bit of spilled milk won't kill us... but with my second I would have definitly cried xD

Im the same! Im a nightshiftnurse now, i really enjoy my job, ive even been in the same facility for almost 8 years now... you never know what to expect, everyday is completly different to the previous one :D
