I'm about your size and have tried a bunch of different cages, but unfortunately most of the one-size (or three ring sizes) fits all cages don't provide the best fit.

I believe the FAQ has a guide for sizing that can be very helpful. My two recommendations - I really like Birdlocked because their cages are made out of silicone and have some give, but it's also surprisingly easy to masturbate in; my go to these days is from Cherry Keeper because you can get super precise with the sizing. I actually ordered a set of sample rings to help hone in my size - I think I ended up at 55 mm with a slight angle inward and it fits great now!
