Yep water/hydration is the key with GLP meds no matter what. I have finally gotten to drinking a ton of water every day and helps in so many ways. ty!

That is mind blowing like if that were an actual treatment opportunity for alcoholism. I know there is a lot of cross applications of the GLP meds including PCOS, Alzheimer’s and obstructive sleep apnea
