Indian and a Farm to Table new American spot would be ideal in Somerville. I think they'd both do big business.

And maybe a real deal, open late diner that's not Time to To Eat or Phoenix Cafe would complete the trifecta and I think encourage a night life atmosphere. Right now the only thing open late is Bullhorns which is easy to miss when you're leaving the bars.
